If this is your first inquiry on searching for a local used car dealership, with hands down 5 STAR satisfaction, please look no further !! I have spent days online car shopping and we all know how nerve racking that can be !! Skyline Motors was the last bittersweet call to make as my options became very slim. A gentleman by the name of Vince answered and was very sincere, and very motivated to help me get the truck that I truly wanted !! He exceeded going above and beyond to making my hopes a reality, he is definitely a blessing !! He goes out of his way to make sure you are 110% completely satisfied and finding all of the ways you thought were impossible, POSSIBLE!! Thank you so very much VInce !! Just bought a car here! Mike and Vince were very accommodating and friendly, zero pressure to buy, encouraged me to take it to my mechanic for a third party opinion in case there were problem that Skyline hadn’t noticed. My regular mechanic found it in good mechanical shape and said it was worth buying. Skyline was very reasonable on the price too. By the way, another reviewer just left a very negative review saying that Mike was racist, called him a Mexican, etc. I was in the office for this whole interaction, and that review is just wrong!!! The client was getting ready to test drive a vehicle, but asked Mike first about financing. Mike said that Skyline as a small business can’t afford to offer more than $5,000 of financing themselves, but they’ll work with the client’s bank or other lender for a larger loan. Then the client said “Well then what’s my down payment if I finance with you?” Mike explained that for the $12,000 truck, if the client paid $7,000 down, then Skyline could finance the remaining $5,000. Client was pissed, said “$7,000?!!?!!” and he slammed the key down on the table and left. Mike was courteous through the whole interaction, and I was just sitting in the office through all of this waiting for my test drive. When I got back from the test drive and did my purchase, a good friend of Mike’s, who is Salvadoran and speaks with a strong Spanish accent, was there just to hang out with Mike, they’ve been friends for years. Unfair for someone to take their frustration out on a small business by writing an untrue and damaging review.

Great customer service and the pricing is good to great on everything. But what I loved the most is how upfront about the car they were told me everything wrong and right and it’s hard to find that with some car lots.
